Shipment Protection: if your package is lost in transit, damaged, or arrives with the wrong items, we will reship at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

To start a return or refund request, email support@rilexon.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photo documentation may be requested for damaged or incorrect shipments. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
